Need to Return a product?
To return a product to Tiefenbach, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
spares department at
gpeffer@tiefenbach.com,
or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number (if applicable)
- Nature of the problem
In general,
Tiefenbach
accepts returns on merchandise within
30
days of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Any items
not new will be returned to the customer. However,
Tiefenbach
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:
Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be
for exchange, replacement refund or credit at
Tiefenbach's discretion. Please be aware that returns must be in new and
unused condition.
